The International SalonSpa Business Network membership has elected JCPenney’s Natalie Lockhart and Floyd’s 99 Barbershops’ Dan McNamee to the ISBN’s Board of Trustees. In this role, they will lead the owners and executives of the largest hair and beauty businesses as part of the only association exclusively for multi-unit salon and spa companies
Natalie Lockhart is the vice president of the Salon at JCPenney, where she leads the strategic rebranding of the salon to the Salon by InStyle. In addition to driving growth in the salon business, Lockhart has been a leader in integrating beauty across multiple categories at JCPenney. With more than 15 years of experience in retail and services, Lockhart brings a unique perspective to the salon industry. Prior to joining the salon, Lockhart held a number of finance and strategic roles at JCPenney. She also spent time in a private equity accelerator program working with a rapid growth start up. Lockhart began her career in the executive development program at Neiman Marcus where she spent 8 years advancing through the program, working in a variety of roles planning stores and merchandising. She received her undergraduate degree at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and her Masters in Finance and Marketing at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Dan McNamee has served as the president of Floyd’s 99 Barbershops since June 2012. He has significant diverse experience in company operations, finance and law. Prior to joining Floyd’s 99, he held executive roles with a variety consumer products, clean technology and high technology companies, as well as consulting and investment banking services. McNamee has served on the ISBN Government Relations Committee since 2015.
