As salons, spas and barbershops continue reopening across the country, there has never been a more crucial time to join together and support the collective industry recovery. ISBN members are forming Executive Leadership Council peer support groups to discuss important business concerns, offer resources and collaborate on crucial issues and opportunities, and will be facilitated through regular, private Zoom meeting sessions, exclusively for ISBN members.
“If you thought shutting down your business was difficult, wait until you reopen. It has never been more apparent to ISBN that we need to stick together and support one another, and these new groups are an effective way to help make it through towards recovery and beyond,” said ISBN Past President Rhoda Olsen, who will co-lead one of the Council groups.
Similar to and modeled on the MasterMinds breakout sessions that ISBN members look forward to at the annual Conference, these peer learning groups will include crowd curated topics and be a fluid conversation among a unique set of peers. Each group has a moderator and captain to host the zoom meetings and direct the conversation. These group leaders will also serve as the champion for the group, assisting with connecting members within the group with resources as needed.
Groups are open to all member organizations and multiple executives from each company are encouraged to join in order to enhance the depth of the experience and tap into all resources and perspectives available. To sign up, please complete the form on this page and a group leader will reach out to you to invite and engage you into the ISBN Executive Leadership Council sessions.
