Those that have been carved out of relief packages and have paid into systems unfairly through unbalanced tax programs on tips. The struggle has been long and great for obtaining the tip tax credit to gain parity with the restaurant industry, but this call for the credit also includes a retroactive credit to help ISBN members recover cash in the face of a major blow during COVID-19.
